For Corporate Renters: The name on the driver’s license must match the name on the credit card used for the reservation in order for that person to pick up a vehicle

Yes, you are liable for any tickets and tolls on your rental vehicle. For more information on our toll process see below;

Travel through Tolls Easily with E-ZPass
As you may know, tolling is common in the tristate area. The E-ZPass transponder toll network extends north of Maine, west to Chicago, and south to Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Here’s what you can expect:

The E-ZPass service will automatically charge you for each toll charge incurred plus a $10 fee per toll.
Toll charges will typically charge to your account within one week of going through the toll, some charges may take longer depending on toll authority reporting times. You can view toll charges for your rental at www.onepasstolls.com.
Call the OnePass Customer Service Center at 1-877-MY1-PASS (1-877-691-7277) with any questions or Call us at (646) 558-2481 for toll information.

NTRL accepts most major credit cards, ACH debit, and ACH credit. We no longer accept debit cards or P-Cards.
